Description

These Beef Dumplings are best steamed for 15 mins, from frozen.

Serve with Spicy Dipping Sauce.

Cooking Instructions

Place dumplings on a piece of punctured parchment paper inside a Chinese bamboo steamer basket.
Steam from frozen for 15 minutes on medium-high heat.

Chinese baskets are the best, but if you don’t have any, you can use a western style veggie steamer, or get creative! You can put large cookie cutters, or a small bowl upside down into a large pot; fill the pot with a couple centimetres of water; stack a large soup bowl over that, cover and voila: a make shift steamer!
